Universal AusLand GD-1 Fsi Tsi PFI Piezo GDI Injector Nozzle Testing Adaptor Box

GDI Gasoline Direct Injection Test Kit drivers all kinds of Gasoline Direct Injectors, it detects the type of injector automatically and works with a single button click.

The kit also provides common adapters for most Direct Injection injectors to fit in the fuel rails of most traditional PFI injector testers, for testing the injectors’ spray-ability.

Specifications:

Driverbox Operation Instruction

1. Introduce 12V vehicle battery power supply or DC12V switch power supply to "2"(12V Power Supply Introduction Port), "6"(Power Indication LED) will be ON.

DC12V switch power supply shall meet requirement: Over 2Amp output current,  5.5*2.5mm/5.5*2.1mm plug and positive at the center.

2. Plug the signal output cord into the "1"(Signal Output Port), and another endto the injector, the Driverbox would automatically detect the type of injector (piezo or peak&hold) in a few seconds, and the light the LED in accordance. if it failed to tell the right type of injector, check the connection or use a meter to test if the resistance of the injector is improper(injector faulty).

3. Press "5"(Start/Stop Button),the driverbox will start to output signal, and the injector would trigger ‘click’ sound otherwise the injector is faulty, the initial interval is 1Hz.

4. Press "4"(Increase Button), the speed would increase from 1Hz to 3/5/10/20Hz, and press "3"(Decrease Button) to slow it down.

5. Press "5"(Start/Stop Button) again to stop signal output.

Adapters:

There are 6pcs of adapters for fitting different injectors to a fuel rail of a traditional PFI gasoline injector tester.

* Fittings for some other types of injectors might could be found within the standard PFI injector tester’s accessories.

* Latest fittings released, may not shown in this manual.

Usage of the Fittings:

Take the piezo injector graph on the left for reference:

1. Apply the Φ6 to G1/4 adapter on the fuel introduction port.

2. Apply the Φ16toΦ8.5 adapter at the bottom part of the injector and mount it onto the fuel rail of PFI injector tester then lock it good.

3. Run the Leakage Test function on the PFI injector tester.

4. Connect the Driverbox and test the spray-ability of the injector.
